The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Essential Functions Work with the project team to establish project plans; develop business objectives and scope; define requirements; determine project deliverables; identify work tasks and estimates; build the right team to do the work. Monitor the progress of the team; manage scope by identifying changes; estimating the impact to project objectives schedule and budget, recommending resolution. Manage issues by identifying, tracking and driving them to resolution Manage project progress against schedule and budget, proactively resolving problems. Coordinate project change management requirements; attend scheduled CAB meetings to represent project change requirements; ensure necessary change control procedures are followed by project team. Report status at the appropriate level to steering committees, project team, business users, stakeholders, and IT management. Enables team in scrum development and product releases according to roadmaps for delivery Facilitation of scrum ceremonies, including release planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, sprint review and ensuring full team engagement. Work with the Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to maintain backlog health in preparation for execution. Guide Product Owners and Scrum teams in Minimum Viable Product (MVP) discussions. Administer metrics tracking and other duties on behalf of the team Anticipate, addresses and negotiate potential or actual impediments to team delivery (cultural barriers, logistical challenges) Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent project management experience. 2 to 3 years of progressive project management / Agile responsibilities as a project manager or Scrum Master role applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
