Job Description CHELSEA ACADEMY JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Headmaster Job Purpose Statement: The Headmaster is responsible for the curriculum, instructional leadership of the school, hiring and supervision of instructional personnel, student life, discipline, finances, policies and related parent communication. The Headmaster serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors and is the Chief Executive Officer of Chelsea Academy. He is particularly responsible for the development and maintenance of the school's mission and educational philosophy, and for executing the strategic plan based on the mission and vision of the school.
