The Missisquoi Valley School District has a part time opening (.6 FTE or three days a week) for a licensed K-6 Speech Pathologist at the Highgate Elementary School. The successful candidate will be skilled in evaluation and clinical skills for a school setting. The successful candidate will join a talented special education team comprised of special educators, a school psychologist, and another speech and language pathologist. The SLP will be expected to provide both direct and consultative services in the areas of articulation and receptive / expressive language and communication needs. They would also conduct evaluations and recommend and develop appropriate related goals, collaborate with classroom teachers, and serve as a member of the special education team.
