Board Certified Behavior Analyst
We're looking for an exceptional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Highland Acres, DE from April 22nd through June 10th. Caseload is typically 7-8 classrooms, each class has 4-6 students, 1 teacher, 2-3 paras, and not all classes have students with behavior support plans in place. The program is for students ages 3-21 with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This BCBA's main responsibilities are FBAs, BSPs, training, and modeling, assistance with behavior analytic strategies throughout the day, as well as collaborating on IEP goals, lessons for students, and teaching methods.
