Job Description Buildings & Grounds/Maintenance Assistant - Full Time/Year Round Disciplined self-starter. Exhibits high energy, initiative, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills. Cultivates staff leadership skills. Maintains a record free of criminal violations that prohibit public school employment. Performs building safety assessments.Uses technical and manual skill to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks. Oversees snow removal operations. Assists and directs in the care of landscaped areas and athletic fields/surfaces. Provides a safe and orderly environment for district events. Assists with special event preparation and cleanup. Requisitions essential program supplies and evaluates products, services, and costs. Maintains effective document and management system. Supervises special event preparation and cleanup activities as directed. This position is 1st shift hours + events during the school year, with daytime hours during summer break....
