Job Description Riverview School District is seeking candidates for position of Family Advocate II.The Family Advocate ll is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, coordination, and care monitoring. The Family Advocate ll will work with clients and their families to identify and address barriers to care and will collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure that clients receive high-quality, coordinated care. The family advocate II position will serve as the Riverview liaison to the Bright Futures Riverview organization. Job Requirements A degree in social work is preferred.
