Who we're looking for

We are seeking a marketing leader to join our team and grow our platform! You've worked in Edtech, B2I or B2B environments and are ready to apply the experience you've gained into our newly created role at ParentSquare. You'll help us create and set a strategy that'll build awareness about our company and drive leads to our sales team. You work best when you're able to balance big-picture strategy plans while being able to roll up your sleeves and work on a tactical level. And most importantly, you share our passion for providing a product that will make a difference in student's lives.


This role will include:


Leading our marketing team

  • Create, run and manage multi-channel marketing efforts and campaigns with time-bound projects and measurable results
  • Identify trends in our data and results to continuously improve our marketing efforts
  • Partnering with our sales team to find and create opportunities in targeted markets
  • Build relationships with key contacts for future opportunities
  • Help us ensure that we have a presence at relevant networking events or conferences
  • Create marketing assets for further use and adoption of our platform, such as videos, training materials, webinars, etc.
  • Build a strategic marketing calendar and be hands on in execution
  • Lead and manage our marketing team
  • Research and find technology that can help us better measure and increase our productivity
  • Seek out and maintain relationships with thought leaders in the education space


Managing our brand

  • Help us continue to refine our brand, look and feel by identifying improvement to our current imaging or messaging as needed
  • Working closely with our inhouse team to make sure all outbound messages and materials are on brand and relevant
  • Guide our social media assets
  • Maintain and update our website content and oversee our social media presence
  • Manage our content and design team and work together to create new campaigns


Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3+ years experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience in Marketing Automation using HubSpot, Marketo or similar
  • Proven results in demand generation strategy and results
  • 2+ years leading a marketing team
  • Tech Savvy from GSuite, Slack, various CRM's and marketing automation technologies
  • Prior Edtech experience a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
