Job Description

eduCATE-WI is seeking a full-time program administrator to join our team! eduCATE-WI uses a customized software program to assist with record management. The program administrator is responsible for accurate record-keeping, following through on directions, effective communication, and critical thinking skills to solve problems.


The program administrator responds to emails and phone calls from potential and currently enrolled students and assists in providing information about programs. The program administrator must problem solve challenges that arise by developing a deep understanding of licensing requirements, program requirements, customized student recording keeping platform, and school district operations. The program administrator provides virtual support to faculty and supervisors which generally includes support with the website, student records, or program information. Attendance at program team meetings is required and meetings can occur on nights or weekends. The program administrator also supports the executive functions of the business so must be skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The position requires a candidate to manage multiple projects at any given time and communicate efficiently with all stakeholders.
