Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Our client is an eLearning platform that currently employs 160 team members across offices in New York, London, and Paris.


Workforces leverage our client's collaborative learning platform to easily create, consume and engage with courses, providing valuable feedback and analytics to the course creators. This platform transforms companies into learning organizations.


This role will oversee cracking the go-to-market cases for their new products and solutions in the U.S. While working together with co-founders, and the U.S. Product Marketing teams.

This person understands the client needs, identify feature gaps, define solution pricing and implement creative and compelling launch plan to meet ARR targets. They feed the overall Product Strategy with in-depth market analyses and competitors benchmark.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify the client profile.
  • Define the value proposition of the new product and highlight how key features bring value to the offering.
  • Analyze the market and how key competitors address the same clients' needs.
  • Define the pricing for the new product and solution.
  • Define Go-To-Market business objectives along with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams to translate go-to-market strategy into customer-facing messaging and brand campaigns.
  • Build and update the Sales Kit for the solution along with Sales Enablement.
  • Join Sales teams in client meetings to help them pitch the value of the product.


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of professional experience in highly demanding context.
  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS industry
  • Passionate about building one of the most ambitious stories in SaaS.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously, to structure, prioritize and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Trello, Looker, Salesforce, Marketo.
