* Preparing annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitor the Service, Parts and Service BDC Department performance.
* Directing the hiring and training of managers for Service, Parts and Service BDC departments.
* Working with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
* Creating and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, ensuring that department staff is helpful, as well as making customer satisfaction a priority to ensure referrals and repeat business.
* Working directly with customers and warranty clerks to administer warranty claims, as well as understanding and applying warranty guidelines.
* Creating dealership service and pricing policies for approval by the General Manager.
* Ensuring that service repairs are performed efficiently and correctly by conducting spot checks on the jobs.
* Strives for 100% customer satisfaction by building relationships with customers.
* Interfaces with department managers to improve operations, performance and profitability.
* Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
* Develops and implements marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.
* Sets, monitors and drives the achievement of performance targets of Service Advisors, Service Technicians, Service BDC and Parts personnel.
* Support, train, motivates, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Service and Parts department staff.
* Attract, develop and retain talent for the center.
* Develop processes for departments to ensure consistent follow-ups to create and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
* Manage the service/customer areas to be retail ready with proper displays, point of purchase information, comfort and cleanliness.
Who You Are: * Previous BMW Dealership experience required.
* Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on treating team members with respect.

* Great track record of maintaining the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
