This is a summer, part-time position, open to current LCPS bus attendants.
This position is paid at the hourly band rate of $14.75 per hour
The call center employee is responsible for answering phone calls from the general public, school administrators, and parents; and delivering messages to the appropriate staff member.
Roles and Responsibilities The following information is intended to describe the overall nature and scope of the work being performed in relation to the position. This is not a comprehensive listing of all responsibilities or tasks; other work may be assigned when deemed appropriate: * Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and parents; greet office visitors and staff to address questions and concerns * Manage incoming phone calls and distribute messages in a timely manner * Enter data into Issuetrak in order to accurately manage issues, complaints, tasks, and customer support requests
Below are the qualifications for this position: * Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents; carry out written and oral instructions; and operate a two-way radio.

The employee is regularly required to maneuver the aisle of bus with ease and may be required to lift up to approximately 50 pounds.
