Principal in Residence

The Principal will become a school leader with the ability to change the educational landscape for thousands of children. The Principal will become part of the core “Lead Team” at their school site. He or she will support teachers, leaders, students, and families daily, while sharing responsibility for school goals. Principal in Residents are full time, salaried instructional leaders that will receive feedback and coaching throughout the residency program in preparation to launch their own school within one to two years.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Coach and manage teachers and the school lead team members.
• Achieve student outcomes aligned with one hundred percent college matriculation.
• Attend trainings, coaching sessions, and school visits.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of three years demonstrated success at full-time teaching.
• A minimum of one year demonstrated success as a full-time instructional leadership experience.
• Experience achieving success and leading others to succeed.
