With an eye for creativity, this individual seeks to inform donors, education thought leaders, education thought leaders and applicants about the positive power of national service through effective nurturing and email marketing campaigns.
This individual plays a key role in the integration, adaption, management and optimization and digital marketing automation across the organization. This role will work with in close collaboration with the MarComm, ITS, Recruitment and Admissions, Development Operations and site-based staff the development of effective marketing campaigns through marketing automation. This role works to ensure audience needs and business needs are aligned and executed upon.
This individual must be an eager learner and proficient marketer, combining the technical skills of Salesforce and Marketo (or comparable platform) along with strong written communication skills to create, curate and manage digital content. This person is passionate about data and strives to thoughtfully utilize marketing insights and trends to strengthen the effectiveness of their work.
Manage our marketing automation system (Marketo) and troubleshoot issues:
Work collaboratively with our team, the national staff and site staff across the country
Analyze campaign performance and share best practices
