4. Bachelor's Degree.JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
The RMS Football Coach will assist the Head Varsity Coach and Athletic Director in the promotion of the football program within Bridgman Public Schools and throughout the community by:
Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures in compliance with Bridgman Public Schools, the BCS Conference and the MHSAA.Provide leadership and instruction in the personal and athletic development of student athletes, to include counseling team members in academic, disciplinary and personal matters, when appropriate. Monitor the eligibility status and promote the academic progress of student athletes.Oversee the selection, purchase, fitting and maintenance of team equipment, to include uniforms, athletic equipment and supplies.Commitment to work on developing and conditioning players in and out of season per MHSAA regulations while allowing precedence for other in season sports.Participate in clinics, recreation and camp activities, as approved.Compile season statistics, reports and summaries as required by the Bridgman Athletic Department.Cooperate with all coaches within the Bridgman Athletic Department coaching staff to enhance overall athletic department operations.
