Job Description
Are you a fun, creative, and hard working person with a passion for working with special needs children?
Specialized Autism Consultants is in need of part time ABA therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum.
Hours of service are typically after school hours, depending on each case (after 3 pm).
Responsibilities Include:
-Providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or community
-Implementing programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social skills and play skills.
-Implementing behavior plans
-Collecting data and completing therapeutic session notes
-Running DTT/NET programs
Specialized Autism Consultants offers many benefits such as flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, supervision for those pursuing their BCBA , and collaboration with our team of Behavior Analysts. We offer a referral bonus, which is $300 if both the staff members have worked with us for at least 6 months. We offer competitive pay with eligibility for a raise upon your yearly evaluation. We are a growing agency with opportunities to move from part time to full time employment as well as promotions within the agency.
Qualifications for this Position:
-Applicants must be reliable, self motivated, flexible and committed.
-A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Education, Psychology, ABA) and ABA experience is preferred, but not required. If a candidate does not have a Bachelor's Degree, at least one year of work experience in ABA is required.
-Must have a Valid Drivers License.
