HBTS/ABA Direct Service Worker
$500.00 Sign-On Bonus
As a Direct Service Worker (DSW) you will be providing 1:1 direct support to children and their families. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) the DSW will be implementing lessons within the child's home environment/community/clinic setting to help foster independence and improve critical areas of development. You will be provided with excellent training by BCBA's/LCSW's and senior level staff to target areas such as behavior management, functional communication, daily living skills, self help skills, social skills, and skill acquisition. The Groden Network offers a competitive pay rate for qualified candidates looking for a rewarding part time job or full time position. many late afternoon and early evening shifts are available and/or weekends available throughout RI. This is a great opportunity for college students, teacher assistants and anyone else interested in the fields of education, psychology and/or applied behavior analysis. $15.50 per hour.
Qualifications: Home Based Therapeutic Service Workers must hold a GED or High School diploma and a valid driver's license.
