ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Perform work in a thorough and neat manner in accordance with industry and CFISD standards.
2. Perform checking and monitoring of all automated facilities and logging deficiencies.
3. Responsible for HVAC call center daily operations, including answering phones, receiving messages, and assigning work orders based on building technician assignments.
4. Receives written customer work order requests.
5. Perform preventive maintenance on multiple BAS systems and equipment.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
7. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
