Perform and supervise activities related to cleaning, upkeep, and minor maintenance of a school building.SALARY RANGE:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
30% Vacuums assigned areas, cleans trash and debris from area, and sweeps entry and other designated areas.
10% Dust mop and wet mop assigned areas, using equipment including wet and dry cleaners, including moping
spills during the shift.
30% Cleans trash from various areas, empties trash receptacles and cleans trash receptacles.
10% Clean furniture, white boards as necessary, trays, work surfaces, windows, and sills in designated areas.
15% Clean, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms facilities, including mopping, hand washing, and spraying.
5% Monitors hallways and areas to identify cleaning needs or hazards daily and as needed for special events.
Also monitor student behavior in hallways. Intervenes with behavioral problems when need.
Ongoing 5% Perform other duties as assigned.
