This position involves working in partnership with the leadership of the firm to build a presence serving charter schools across the state of Pennsylvania. We are looking for someone to both identify and build relationships with prospective clients, as well as someone to serve in a client relationship role for acquired clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary representative of EdOps in Pennsylvania, leading efforts of the company to be an active and constructive participant in the local charter school community.
  • Identify and build relationships with local schools that could benefit from the suite of services that EdOps offers.
  • Lead EdOps’s formal business development efforts within the state of Pennsylvania, including presentations to prospective clients and preparation of formal client proposals.
  • Serve as the senior local client relationship point of contact for Pennsylvania schools served by EdOps.


  • Relationships within Pennsylvania charter school community
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within Pennsylvania occasionally and work non-standard hours to attend charter community meetings, etc.
