Job Description

SVP, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) (2) Tinker Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a SVP, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at our corporate office in Oklahoma City. The primary purpose of this position is to lead the assessment, development and implementation of the credit union's diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and strategies. As a member of the senior management team, this incumbent will report to the President/CEO. The incumbent will work closely with the SVP, Human Resources to ensure that diversity initiatives and programs are successfully implemented and align with Tinker Federal Credit Union's strategic and business objectives. A significant part of the position is coaching, promoting and developing training programs to enhance employees' understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion issues which will ensure employees have a positive, well-balanced place to work and learn, regardless of their race, color, gender, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetics, veteran status, disability or history of disability (except where physical or mental abilities are a bona fide occupational qualification). The incumbent will coordinate EEO practices. Qualified candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field, from a four-year accredited college or university; seven years Human Resources management experience with an emphasis in advancing equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and diversity programs. A Master's degree is preferred. Salary range is $114,056 - $145,424. Actual placement will be determined based on the selected candidate's education, experience, and specific qualifications relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
