GROWTH OPERATIONS ANALYST
Green Dot Public Schools’ Growth team, led by the Chief Growth Officer, works in partnership with regional teams and districts to serve students across the nation. As we expand our impact, we are seeking a Growth Operations Analyst to support this work. This role will have three primary areas of focus: support the codification, implementation, and refinement of a full Operational Model; support operations efforts in new regions; and support the Managing Director of Operations and the Growth team with operations projects as needed to ensure the successful launch of new regions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Codification & Implementation of Operational Model:
In collaboration with the Managing Director of Operations and Special Projects Manager, identify and codify Green Dot’s existing best practices in school operations

Work with stakeholders to acquire materials from primary or secondary data sources

Manage the Green Dot Operational Model documents and resources

Support schools in using tools and resources to implement best practices

Research and Analysis:
Manage, develop, and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize operational efficiency and quality

Perform benchmarking and contextual analysis to track and evaluate progress on school-level and organizational operations goals

Identify trends and areas for improvement in alignment with Green Dot’s mission and goals

Provide recommendations to operations team and senior leaders based on data

Assist the Managing Director of Operations and the Growth team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment with a background in operations, project management, or a research role (school operations experience preferred)

Initiative, humility, sense of humor, and rock-solid commitment to Green Dot’s mission and the communities we serve

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

Experience researching, analyzing, and translating data into use with external audiences

Effective teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with multiple constituencies, including leadership, school leaders and staff, and external partners

Hardworking, motivated, and self-directed; able to think critically and anticipate needs

Comfort with ambiguity; adaptable to a constantly changing environment

Ability to develop and implement internal systems and processes to increase effectiveness

Spanish language fluency a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred

LOCATION
Memphis, Tennessee (preferred), or Los Angeles, California.

The salary range for this job is $51,983.00 - 73,201.00. This position is grant funded for at least one year with the possibility of renewal for up to 3 years and/or permanent funding.
