Job Description

ABOUT MOONSHOT EDVENTURES

Moonshot edVentures, a mission-driven and values-based organization, builds a pipeline of diverse leaders to design and launch the schools and learning environments of tomorrow in Metro Denver with a focus on recruiting and training underrepresented educators and leaders who might not otherwise consider founding schools or programs. Moonshot identifies educators who are at least 2 or 3 years away from launching their idea and provides them with high-quality, comprehensive programming focused on leadership development, model design, and pathways to launch. Moonshot also connects Fellows to local and national experts who work in support of Fellows as they explore the launching and/or leading of charter schools, district turnaround schools, microschools, and after school programs. Moonshot is currently training its second cohort of Fellows and has begun to receive national attention as a model for a place-based approach to recruiting and training diverse school leaders with innovative visions of how to redesign learning environments for students.
