Job Description

Sharon Public Schools is seeking a year long substitute social worker for the Team Based Learning Program at Heights Elementary. Work collaboratively as part of a mental health team. Must be able to support the develop behavior plans, complete FBAs, participate in IEP and other student centered meetings. Must have the ability to evaluate students in crisis and develop crisis and safety plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions and utilize data to determine focus of therapy and progress. Knowledge of DBT, Trauma informed classrooms and other behavioral interventions/supports preferred.
