Job Description

Clara Martin Center is a rural non-profit community mental health center located in the center of Vermont. We provide a variety of high quality behavioral health services to the residents of the Upper Valley primarily in Orange County and surrounding towns, with multiple offices located in Randolph, Bradford, Chelsea and Wilder.

Behavioral Analyst: We are currently accepting applications for a full time Behavioral Analyst to join our team at the Chelsea Public School in Chelsea VT. Our Behavioral Analyst should have expertise in the area of behavior intervention, social emotional needs, and trauma informed practices. This position will provide Case Management, conduct functional behavioral assessments, create behavioral support plans based on ABA principles and will design and provide social / emotional interventions to students in a K-8 school environment. The Behavior Analyst will participate as a member of the targeted intensive social emotional support team, and will support social emotional strategies for teachers and staff, following ABA principles. The goal is for students to develop skills that will allow them to fully access their academic experience based on behavior plans, EST interventions and documented 504 plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree with experience in behavioral intervention, working with children and ABA certification. This is a school year position with summers off, and full benefits including medical/dental/vision, a retirement match and paid time off.
