Fort Worth Education Partnership is looking to hire a full-time Director of External Affairs who is personally and professionally committed to improving educational opportunities for all children. The Director will lead the organization’s work to identify, engage and cultivate external partners, including both influential community stakeholders and grassroots community relationships, for the purpose of creating broad-based support and galvanizing advocates who are committed to growing access to high-quality educational opportunities. This position will be based in Fort Worth, TX and is available immediately. Occasional travel required.

The Director of External Affairs will play a critical role at FWEP by leading our Advocacy and Community Engagement work to grow and maintain a supportive local environment and work with families and communities as partners. Our team is small; you can expect to play many different roles in your capacity as Director.
