Hiring Process and Position Details
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout Fall 2020. The Pennsylvania Regional Market Lead reports to the Chief Growth Officer and will be a part of the New Markets Team, joining other regional leads of developing markets. They will work in partnership with the leadership of the firm to build a presence serving charter schools across the state of Pennsylvania. We are looking for someone to both identify and build relationships with prospective clients, as well as someone to serve in a client relationship role for acquired clients.

Pennsylvania Regional Market Lead Compensation Illustration
Overview
The Regional Market Lead receives a base salary of $75,000 plus 20% of first-year revenue for all new sales in PA. For example, if you sold an $80,000/year finance outsourcing contract with a new PA client, you would receive $16,000 in bonus payments related to that client. Bonus payments would be paid during the first year of work with that client and would be paid quarterly through payroll as the revenue comes in.
