Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 i s the hiring salary range (i.e., the range a candidate would be offered to start). Please note: OneGoal aligns salaries to the Cost of Labor, so the actual salary offered would depend on the Cost of Labor in the candidate's living location.

The Person

The Cloud Systems Manager is responsible for assisting with overseeing the organization's cloud infrastructure. This involves ensuring the secure and efficient operation of cloud-based systems and leading the development and integration of cloud services. The role requires managing AWS, Google Workspace, and Office 365 environments while supporting infrastructure development, cloud integration, and system security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in systems development, cloud infrastructure management, and security and will work collaboratively across Tech teams to support end users and projects.

You will do this by:

Cloud Systems Management & Development (30%)
  • Support the improvements, design, implementation, and management of cloud-based systems, including AWS, Office 365, and Google Workplace.
  • Support developing and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions using AWS and other cloud platforms to meet evolving business needs.
  • Administer cloud-based solutions such as Office 365 (including SharePoint), WordPress, and Google Workplace to ensure seamless operation, security, and accessibility.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Assist with developing and deploying infrastructure automation using modern tools and scripts to streamline system management and deployment.
  • Support entry-level systems development initiatives within the Tech team.


Cloud Integrations (20%)
  • Assist with the development of cloud integrations, ensuring compatibility, data integrity, and secure operations across platforms.
    • Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between various cloud services.
  • Manage cloud integrations and automate workflows, with Workato experience being a plus.


Administrative Duties (20%)
  • Provide administrative support and management for key business tools, including Office 365, SharePoint, and Google Workplace.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations across cloud environments.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and serve as an escalation point for system-related issues.


System Security (15%)
  • Ensure robust security policies and procedures are implemented and maintained for all cloud systems in partnership with the Tech Security Team.
  • Regularly monitor for vulnerabilities, conduct log audits, and implement updates and patches to secure cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Security Team to enhance threat detection, prevention, and response strategies.


Collaboration & Support (15%)
  • Work closely with other Tech Teams, developers, and internal partners to design and implement cloud solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • Assist with cross-functional team collaborations to align cloud system strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based services.


Travel
  • The position requires travel once or twice per quarter.

Qualifications:

Skills
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management : Proficient in managing AWS, WordPress, and other cloud services like Google Workplace and Office 365.
  • Systems Development : Experience with entry-level systems development and infrastructure design.
  • Cloud Integration : Knowledge of integrating cloud-based services with on-premise systems, with hands-on experience in tools such as Workato (preferred).
  • Security : Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, with experience in managing security protocols and system hardening.
  • Administrative Experience : Proven ability to manage and administer Office 365, SharePoint, and Google Workplace environments.
  • Automation & DevOps : Familiarity with infrastructure automation and DevOps practices to streamline cloud management.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, systems development, and administration.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud-based texting chatbot applications is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms like Workato (preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and security best practices, including data privacy regulations.
