About the Role:
As CFO, you’ll oversee the financial health of Compass Rose, managing a $40M+ budget across multiple campuses. You’ll lead key initiatives such as facilities financing, bond management, and compliance, working closely with the senior leadership team to align financial goals with the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality education to communities in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and long-term sustainability.
Manage facilities financing, including bonds, loans, and capital projects.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
What We’re Looking For:
Education Finance Expertise: Demonstrated experience in charter school or public education finance.
Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex budgets and lead financial strategy.
Facilities Financing: Hands-on experience with bond issuance, debt management, or capital projects preferred.

Salary range from $134,000 to $194,000 based on credentials and experience.
