Certifications: K-12 Mild/Moderate
Candidates are asked to submit the following:

Copy of valid Ohio Teacher's license/certificate.
Copy of all transcripts.
Three letters of recommendation - one personal and two professional.
Copy of FBI and BCI background checks.
