25-26 School Year
Positions: Part Time, In Person
Pay: $$55-60 per hour, based on experience
Sign On Bonus: $1,000
Daily Schedule: Mon-Fri

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with experience working with children in the public school setting. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Required Education, Certification, and Experience:
Masters Degree
Ohio OT License
OTPTAT Board Certification
Position Qualifications:
Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Collaborate with other members of the educational team
Complete required documentation for students on caseload
Supervise OTAs, as applicable
Strong communication and technology skills
Ability to pass state and federal background check
Position Duties:
Master or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid Ohio Dept. of Education certificate or license in Occupational Therapy
A valid State of Ohio licensure in Occupational Therapy
OTPTAT Board Certified

Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Provide occupational therapy services to school age students
Screens and evaluates students
Scores, writes, and maintains communicative status reports
Gathers data concerning pediatric occupational therapy targets
Monitors and documents student progress
Part of the building team to write quality multi-factored evaluations (MFE) and individualized education programs (IEP) as needed
All other duties as assigned
