Pickerington Local School District is seeking qualified applicants for a full time instrumental music teacher (grades 6 - 12) for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications: Valid Ohio certificate/license Music (K-12)
Successful teaching experience for grades 6 - 12 preferred
Marching Band Director experience preferred
Experience participating in and knowledge of OMEA adjudicated events preferred
Experience and knowledge of current trends in instrumental music education
Ability to work well with students, staff and parents of diverse populations
Ability to communicate in a variety of ways in order to serve the needs of students and parents
Must be properly certified
