Job Description

The School Age Care Coordinator supports the daily activities of the Pathways after-school program and serves as the department leader when the Manager is not available. This position is on-site during all or most program operating hours. The Care Coordinator provides hands-on support during program hours and is responsible for the coordination of support services and case management required by the Department of Children and Families. This position provides classroom support by mentoring Team Leaders and by providing direct supervision and instruction for students as needed. This position also provides positive behavioral support in partnership with our Manager.

Associates Degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field is preferred; or at least three years' experience working first-hand with children and families, preferably in a school setting. Case management experience. Demonstrated experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
