Essex North Shore is seeking an Equity and Inclusion Coach to assist in coordinating the successful implementation of the equity and inclusion initiative, program, and curriculum work with our students.
Direct, daily contact with students.
Develop and teach lessons related to equity and inclusionary practices.
Reports to the Assistant Principals
Assist with the overall training support for equity and inclusion initiatives and programs related to equitable access.

- Three to five years of experience in coaching, training, and equitable access for high school-aged children.
Licensed or licensable by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a teacher,
Work collaboratively with academic and vocational/agricultural, counselors, administrators, and parents to engage students in thoughtful discussions related to equity and culture.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
