The Opportunity

The Human Resources Payroll and Data Analyst is responsible for various operational functions to support the Human Resources and Payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide data reporting for regularly scheduled data projects for Human Resources and Payroll.  Examples include:  PEIMS reporting, HR reports to the KIPP Foundation, E-Grants, and the like.
  • Fulfill ad hoc data requests for HR and Payroll.
  • Manage and monitor ADP data connections.
  • Build, maintain, and periodically report on HR and Payroll dashboards.
  • Manage on-line learning in Cornerstone on Demand.
  • Manage the compensation procedures as established, including processing salary increase requests, grading new jobs, and the like.
  • Provide compensation reports and analysis.
  • Maintaining and managing the job description bank.  
  • Manage Human Resources and Payroll projects, as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
  • 3-5 years experience working in a Human Resources and/or Compensation fields
  • Experience working in an educational setting preferred
  • •     Strong experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data
  • Experience collaborating with team members
  • Articulate, professional demeanor with strong self-confidence and initiative
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Possession of a compassionate and loving attitude toward all children

Compensation and Benefits
Salary is based on years of experience, degree of education, and level of expertise. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
