Job Description

Anticipated openings for the 2021 Special Education Summer Programs:

Full Program: Monday - Thursday, July 6 - August 12, 2021 (but starts on a Tuesday)
Open House: Thursday, July 1, 2021

Program Groups will start at 9:00am and end at 1:00pm with the exception of the Pre-K program which will be split into two sessions.

Tutoring:Monday - Thursday, July 12 - August 5, 2021

Please note the staff hours, number of staff and role expectations listed below. All positions are subject to enrollment.

PreK to High School Level
Program Teachers
Teacher Licensure required

Speech/Language Therapist (1)
SLP Licensure required
Up to 10 hrs/wk based on caseload

SAC/Social Worker (1)
Individual/Group Counseling and behavior management

Physical Therapist (1)
PT Licensure required
Up to 15 hrs/wk based upon caseload

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (1)
RBT Certification required
5 weeks (7/12 to 8/12)

Educational Support Personnel 9:00am-1:00pm

Summer Teacher-Tutorial Services (6: 3 ELA/ 3 Math) Teacher Licensure required/Wilson certification preferred. Hours/assignments based on student need; tutoring services may be a mix of virtual and in person services. Indicate Preferred Content/Age Group:

Occupational Therapist or COTA with Supervisor (1)
Licensure required
Up to 15 hrs/wk based upon caseload

Office Assistant/Secretary (1)
8:45am - 1:15pm
