Key responsibilities - Providing key partners with project information - Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers - Taking minutes at meetings and maintaining records of assignments and progress - Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents, and preparation of presentations - Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events - Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents - Finding information online using research tools - Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- 1 year of business/office experience required - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Highly skilled at database and file management - Solid understanding of customer service
