Leverage your training acumen and sales experience in this new role at ed2go, a Cengage company. The Enrollment Training Specialist will be responsible for training and empowering the ed2go Enrollment team in alignment with the company's goals.
This individual will create, deliver, and maintain training content and materials; collaborate with multiple departments; lead training workshops in group settings; communicate with and receive direction from Enrollment Leadership; analyze performance data; and make recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Temecula, CA office.

What You'll Do Here:
Responsibilities: • Owns product and systems training for all functions within the enrollment department, including existing team members, new hires, and contractors.• Creates departmental best practices for training, documentation, and execution of training programs.• Organizes, manages, and facilitates training and training programs for both groups and individuals.• Works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other key departmental stakeholders involved in the creation, promotion, and launch processes of programs.• Leads monthly meetings to report on project status and training program success and make recommendations for processes improvements.• Owns documentation process; builds and maintains training document repository.• Manages, supports, and owns continuous improvement of departmental training tools to streamline enrollment processes.• Audits and monitors enrollment activities to provides Enrollment Leadership with process and operational improvement recommendations.• Performs additional duty as needed.
Skills You Will Need Here:
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and/or related work experience• Minimum of 2 years' experience in enrollment, admissions, consultative sales, phone sales• Minimum of 2 years' experience in training, customer service, and/or technical support role• Experience working in a CRM environment• Excellent written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated success learning new technologies quickly• Organized and attentive to detail with outstanding problem-solving skills• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross functionally with people from diverse backgrounds• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple responsibilities• Able to work with minimal supervision• Ability to speak to and engage with medium sized groups
Preferred Qualifications:• Proficient with Salesforce CRM• Experience with Velocify
