Role Mission: IDEA VP of Operations Internswork with the Regional Vice President of Operationsto ensure that there isoperating mechanism alignment amongst thethreeregional cohorts,weekly data updates,21-22 calendar setups, andassistcampusesat recruitmentevents.



Responsibilities:
  • Intern will provide administrative and logisticalsupporttothe VPof Operationsfor the Rio Grande Valley Region.
  • Weeklycheck-ins with VP of Ops to ensure week is planned and runs smooth.
  • Support with data reports when needed.
  • Assist with preparing power points or designing power points for meetings/presentations.
  • Support with travelarrangements
  • Outlook support such as schedulingmeetings, sending invites, deadlines, reminders etc.
  • Support with systems such as:
Frontline TEAMSOne Note PowerSchool Microsoft To-Do
  • Ensure One note notebook is accessible to VP of Ops and RDOs.
  • Organize documents/files.
  • Review and organizeVP of Ops calendaron a weekly basis
  • Support VP of Operations with email organization

Qualifications:
  • Must be reliable, punctual have a strong initiative for "whatever it takes"
  • Must have solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be open to observation and feedback
  • Able to work independently and multitask
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Skills:Outlook, excel, power point, etc.
  • Bilingual preferred

Commitment:
  • 30-40 hours per week,

  • $10 per hour
