Since 2008, the CLASS system has been adopted at the state and federal level, and Teachstone has trained over 50,000 CLASS observers to evaluate teacher-child interactions and reached tens of thousands of teachers through the CLASS system. In this position, the Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including but not limited to outreach, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for technical, professional, administrative and management positions throughout the company. This position requires creativity and ingenuity in their outreach to potential candidates along with considerable skill in interviewing techniques. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly understand both the specialized jobs inside the organization as wells as the cultural fit needs of each hiring manager. Experience with personnel policies and federal and state laws regarding employment practices is required. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs Processes job requisitions Uses creative sourcing methods to identify and attract quality candidates Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system Maintains employee referral program Maintains corporate relationships with community partners Completes weekly reports on recruitment and employment activity Supports the HR team with additional tasks as needed Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or related field Minimum of two to three years of Recruiting experience Excellent active listening, negotiating, and presentation skills Exceptional interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills with all levels of the company Proficient understanding of HRIS software (ADP WorkforceNow) Experience with Google Hire preferred
