Reports to: Head of School (HOS) Summary: The Human Resources Director is responsible for the management and operation of the Human Resources Office and is assigned special projects by the HOS. The Human Resources Director provides leadership, direction, and guidance for the strategic initiatives and operations of the Human Resources Office.
