The Primrose school of Johns Creek NW located at 11130 Jones Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30022 is seeking an Education Coach for our private preschool. This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to families we serve. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, organized, a problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age. Primary Responsibilities: Understands and has strong working knowledge of Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum Passionately believes in and is able to communicate all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning Participates in the selection and hiring of teaching staff Coordinates with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff according to classroom-specific Continual Learning Guides Ensures teacher training requirements are up-to-date Conducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure Balanced Learning curriculum implementation and delivery Collaborates with other members of the Leadership Team to provide ongoing feedback for teaching staff , using a variety of tools such as Classroom Observation Forms and Teacher Evaluations Works with teachers to identify strengths and areas of opportunity to design plans for continual improvement Creates a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves Ensure health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, teacher management, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care Marketing - Doing the marketing required to bring prospects into the school, Conducting amazing tours to convert prospects to parents and retaining them by enabling awesome experiences for the kids. Activities including Online, Mail and Door to Door Marketing, closing the tours(Sales), and Managing the operations effectively to deliver the primrose promise. Consistently creating WOW moments for our kids, parents and teachers. Partnership with Owners and Management - Ability for the owners to rely on individual as their representative to manage and grow the school independently with no little to no supervision Maintain strong relationships with the families, faculty, and vendors Teacher Management , Hiring and Retention - Setting expectations, motivating and retaining teacher. Cultivate and maintain a safe and enjoyable culture while working in a fast-paced environment Incident Management - Successfully manage incidents, parent communication and state communication as per compliance procedures Backup - Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver Positive and High Energy Individual. Maintaining and Building a positive culture in the school. Manage the schedule of the teachers so teachers are prepared and costs are kept low Work with vendors and suppliers to keep the school maintained in a timely manner Desired skills and experience: A Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field A minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program Must meet state licensing and Primrose training requirements Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice to others Solution and detail-oriented Strong organizational skills Coachable and able to coach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong classroom management and organizational skills Each Primrose school is a privately owned and operated franchise, and the respective Franchise Owner is the employer at each school.
