The Director, Product Marketing (Growth) is instrumental in this mission: discover, understand, appeal to, convert and engage new and existing learners. Be an instrumental contributor toward building a platform that learners feel is built just for them, and a brand experience they want to tell their friends about. Responsibilities: Drive growth and retention via product strategy, vision evangelism, and marketing programs that fuel subscriptions, engagement, and retention. Deeply partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Data Science to achieve business goals and identify the biggest opportunities for revenue growth. Deliver innovative products to enhance learners' experience as they accelerate their investment in their activities. Go to market in stages, starting with a well-reasoned MVP, then following up with iterations to improve and enhance based on customer response. Drive growth experiments, analysis and insights to inform the product and marketing roadmap; define, develop, and successfully launch (i.e., go-to-market) new features and products that serve our core audiences. Turn marketing insights into actionable features that directly drive revenue. Own the end-to-end customer journey, across product and marketing to ensure our learners' experience is a compelling, coherent, and consistent one. This includes a deep focus on the customer purchase journey, through activation, onboarding, retention and expansion. Requirements: 7+ years experience in full customer lifecycle Product Management for mobile consumer products, with several life-cycles of launching and iterating on a portfolio of products. Experience with consumer education and subscription-based software strongly preferred. Ultra-collaborative, and strong team builder; proven track record of building teams that love to work together who produce innovative, world class results. Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research to deeply understand learners' needs and transform that into product strategy and requirements. Demonstrated ability to drive decisions with deep analysis of data. Self-sufficiency with to pull, manipulate, and analyze data. Experience working with design and research as a partner, from both a strategic (planning and vision) and tactical (how the work is done, participating in design critiques, designing experiments that are both user centered and high performing). Experience defining and running an efficient product development process, including backlog management and prioritization, roadmap communication, sprint planning, and triage.
