Maintain internal and external control over all records utilized by Central Adjustments, Domestic Collections and Return Items for research and for cleaning and minor maintenance on various machines.? Major Responsibilities:? Pick up and deliver records and reports from computer operations. Maintain filing space for proof boxes, reversing entries, bank error notices, support tape boxes, closed adjustment and collection cases, CD's, and DVD's.? File the following records daily: customer error notices; outgoing cash letter records; proof tapes and incoming cash letters.? File DVD's and CD's daily ensuring all DVD's and CD's are received each day. Transfer old records to storage vaults; ensure all boxes are properly labeled with storage labels.? Clean and maintain machines: perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, rewinding film, clearing paper jams, replacing paper, etc. Ensure confidential information is destroyed by emptying small confidential baskets into the large shred bins.
