CT3 works directly with teachers and administrators to improve classroom management and pedagogy to build culturally relevant classrooms for students across the nation. Based in San Francisco, CT3 is a virtual company. This role is location flexible supporting an entirely remote team. Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications Manager on developing multi-channel, digital campaigns and strategies focused on leveraging video content and resulting in lead generation. Target C-Suite decision-makers of school districts (Supt's, Asst. Supt's, CAO's, etc.) as well as principals.Build sales momentum in geographic pockets of strong customer advocacy through digital promotion, paid media, and partnerships through social and other media.Track, analyze, and report progress on all ROI objectives.Own and optimize all aspects of email marketing and nurturing campaigns via SharpSpring.Website - work closely with the marketing team on updating, maintaining, and optimizing the website - adding landing pages to correspond with campaigns. Tracking results. Coordinate with vendors specializing in key digital services, including (but not limited to) SEO, digital advertising, content marketing, influencer/affiliate marketing.Ability and interest in hands-on work and being closely engaged in all levels of marketing engagement from strategy to execution.Additional responsibilities may include: researching new digital initiatives, competitor research, copywriting, and other marketing-related tasks. Qualifications and Experience3+ years of experience in a Marketing/Communications position.2+ years of experience either managing paid media campaigns autonomously or through an agency.Portfolio of collateral/assets work either personally created or managed.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field a plus.Must have strong attention to detail and excellence in execution, with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" and "get it done" mentality. Experience with Salesforce.com and Sharp Spring (or similar marketing engine)Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)Bonus points for advanced experience with any or all of the following: Adobe AI or PS, and HTML/CSS or graphic design.
