Job DescriptionPeterson's is looking for a highly motivated Technical Account Manager. The successful applicant will support our institutional clients, faculty members, and instructors, from adoption to daily usage. Providing quality customer service, usage strategies, documentation, and technical support, this role will ensure that our customers have all that they need to be successful. Internally, this role will advocate for customers through strong use-cases, analytics, and reporting. ResponsibilitiesSupport institutional clients end to end, through on-boarding to daily usageSetup and configure institutional clients, faculty, and learners in Peterson's Learning Management SystemResolve customer concerns in a timely, quality, and creative mannerEnsure strong organization and product knowledge, even in our fast-paced environmentIdentify and advocate for, client needs/issues to the wider organizationPrepare usage and analytical reportsPrepare customer support documentation and FAQs (for internal & external use)Manage requests and improvements from internal and external stakeholdersLearning Management System configuration as requiredAssist with tracking project performance, status reporting, and KPIs as requiredAssist with technical support as requiredOther duties as assigned Skills & CompetenciesStrong written and verbal communicationCustomer focusDetail OrientedMultitaskingProblem SolvingTechnical proficiencyContinuous learnerWriting Experience & Education RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher3-5 years of technical and/or Account Manager experienceFamiliarity with an LMS, LCMS, or CRM systemExperience in education is a plusProject management/Agile experience is a plus Compensation/BenefitsPeterson's offers a competitive salary, in addition to medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA and 401k and unlimited vacation.This position is based in Highlands Ranch, CO.
