Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a summer program intern. This position reports directly to the credentialing manager and was created to manage the process of supporting our schools in preparing for summer school programs. This opportunity allows for an intern to develop processes, gain efficiencies, and communicate with leaders across the organization. In this role you will work out of our corporate headquarters (Service Center) located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The NHA Service Center is where all the behind-the-scenes magic happens. Keep reading! 2020 Intern Projects Review and process summer school schedules to ensure school employees meet state requirements Oversee the maintenance of credentials process for teachers Update and maintain the credentialing website Assist with various reporting and audit functions Other duties as assigned Requirements Pursuing an associate or bachelor's in human resources, communications or related field Attention to detail Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and in a team setting To learn more about our core values, please click here .
