The Role Reporting to the Principal, the Founding Director of Operations is a senior, school-based leadership role. This person will create and oversee all finance and operations functions necessary to run a high-performing start-up school campus. This includes budgeting, purchasing, facilities, food services, transportation, technology, medical/health services, school safety, student recruitment, student data, regulatory compliance, human resource support, and academic operations support.
