Job Description We a seeking a motivated, career and mission oriented Training and Outreach Coordinator to join our team to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within us. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to research and leverage external training programs • Build partners ships to enhance core training, develop pre-requisite training and continuing education • Ability to work with SME's and client staff officers, as well as other team members to coordinate and ensure technical course topics are effectively presented to students • Demonstrated experience in course administration and coordination of training programs to include course curriculum, lesson plan, documentation and accreditation • Prior experience working with client systems to develop, manage, administer training programs • Ensure students are ready for class, prepare rosters, materials and other training needs. Position Requirements: • Bachelor degree and/or at least eight years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education; with a minimum of three years of training management and administration experience. • Minimum of one year of course delivery and classroom instruction. • Demonstrated experience in course administration and coordination of training programs to include course curriculum, lesson plan, documentation and accreditation. • Prior experience working with client systems to develop, manage, administer training programs. • Demonstrated ability to develop a network of contacts with familiarity in training and learning, in order to build and enhance the current program. Security Requirements: • Must possess an active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a Polygraph. Highly Desired Experience: • Applicable college degree or relevant training and experience in training/course administration, delivery and assessment.
