Role Mission The Director of Human Resources plays a critical role in making the organization run smoothly and helping staff members feel supported. They are responsible for ensuring Rocky Mountain Prep is in compliance with applicable employment regulations and ensuring our staff members receive the pay and benefits to which they are entitled. 1.
