Lorman Education Services is looking to add a Sales Executive to its team of dedicated and hardworking professionals. The candidate has an opportunity to be a key player for a leading eLearning/Edtech company. Lorman's Sales Executives are resourceful professionals responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, qualifying leads, and developing business with clients. This person will educate potential clients and partners on the value of Lorman's corporate training and continuing education courses and its Learning Management System. Compensation will be partly comprised of commissions based on various metrics. Responsibilities:Contact prospective customers through emails, calls, networking, LinkedIn messages, and other creative selling methodsDevelop sales pipeline that is large enough to meet or exceed sales goalsMeet daily quota of outbound telephone calls, e-mails and other communications to prospects to qualify potential sales leadsEstablish and expand relationships with key business executives and decision makersProvide prompt follow-up to any prospective leads as necessaryExceed defined sales targetsManage multiple accounts and contacts through a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Requirements:Dynamic individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills2 years of inside sales or corporate development experienceExperience in high-volume, outbound telephone and internet prospecting, and a proven ability to achieve revenue goalsExperience in corporate training, continuing education, eLearning, and/or Edtech is a plus but not requiredBasic computer skillsExperience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not requiredHave the ability to work both independently and as a strong team memberAbility to multi-taskBA/BS degree or equivalent experience We offer a competitive salary depending on experience as well as a full benefit package.
